Most of our construction follows existing utility paths along streets and easements — the same routes your current power and phone lines use. For the drop from the street to your house, we use either an underground bore (minimal disturbance, no trenching) or an aerial drop if your utilities are on poles. Any ground work is restored to original condition.

Before any digging happens, call locates are placed through Texas 811 to mark all other utilities — this is non-negotiable and protects everyone.

Typical residential installation is 2–4 hours from the technician arriving to your service going live. We schedule appointments in specific windows — not “sometime between 8am and 5pm” like the big carriers. And if we miss our install window by more than 5 days from your scheduled date, you get a $50 credit automatically.

Pricing starts at $49.99/month for 100 Mbps and goes up to $99.99/month for 2 Gig. Our most popular plan — 1 Gig Supernova — is $79.99/month. All plans include unlimited data, free installation, and no contracts. Prices are locked for 3 years when you sign up. No hidden fees, no autopay requirements, no promotional bait-and-switch.

No problem. Most customers keep their existing service until our install is complete, then cancel the old one. We recommend scheduling your NovaLink install first, testing the new connection for a day or two, and then calling your old provider to cancel. If you’re locked into a contract with another provider, we’re happy to help you figure out the best timing — some customers find the monthly savings cover any early termination fee.

Yes. Reservation density is one of the main factors we use to sequence construction. A street with 10 reservations will be built before a street with 2, all else being equal. Talk to your neighbors — the more of you that reserve, the faster we’ll get to you.
